Healing Spirits Spa does have a 24 hour cancelation policy, 48 hours for designated holiday dates. We do require either a Gift Certificate or valid credit card to be on file to reserve an appointment.Nothing will be charged to the card on file unless not showing up or canceling within the given amount of time.At that point, there is a 50% late cancelation / no show fee plus 20% gratuity to cover the therapist for the missed appointment time.You can use cash,a major credit card, spa finder, spa week or gift certificate to pay for your appointment at time of service.If you choose to charge your card on file, there is a $5 administration fee.Thank you for your understanding.

Healing Spirits Spa can host parties of 4 or more with a 48-hour cancellation policy. There is a 50% deposit that is due before booking any appointments. It is best to email [email protected] with details so they can see what they can do for you. Details like: date, time, how many in party, services, male / female preferences, same / separate rooms (can do individual or rooms of 2). Etc. then once they have all the information, they can get names, phone # & any other needed information.When we have all needed information, we will have the desk contact you for your 50% deposit for booking.
